This event is made possible by NYU’s Mobile AR Lab. The Lab is part of NYU’s Integrated Digital Media program.

 

Dear ARNYs,

I am super happy to announce we have a confirmed date for a FULL DAY event focused on Augmented Reality, Wearables, and Smart Glasses – right here in New York City!

We call it Augmented World Expo East or AWEE for short (pronounced oh-weee!).

WHEN: March 25th, 2014

WHERE: NYU Poly University, at 6 Metrotech in Brooklyn

WHAT: The day will consist of 3 parts:

  1. Educational sessions and tutorials for developers and designers
  2. Exciting live demos and presentations by leading Smart Glasses, Wearables and Augmented Reality companies
  3. A bunch of exhibits where you can experience these products first hand
